Dama N.V. Casinos

Dama N.V. ran around 30 crypto casino brands out of Curaçao. It was declared bankrupt in June 2024 over unpaid player winnings, and the brands did not stay together. Fifteen of them can be tied to a named operating company today. Thirteen have closed or gone dark. The rest still trade but name no company in their own terms, or block access from here – though archived copies of their own pages, each with a date on it, answer for most of them. Most guides still list the lot as one family, which is wrong in both directions: some of these brands left Dama years ago, and others never left at all.

Every company name below is taken from the casino’s own terms and conditions, clause 1.1, or from a regulator’s public register. Where a site names nobody, the row says so rather than filling the gap with a guess. Checked 22 August 2026.

🏢 Who runs what now

Five companies, not one. A player with accounts at BitStarz, Katsubet and Spin Samurai is dealing with three separate businesses answering to three separate regulators.

⭐ Gareton B.V. runs BitStarz on its own

BitStarz came out of the split by itself. Gareton B.V. is registered in Curaçao under number 160656 at Landhuis Zuikertuin, Zuikertuintjeweg, Willemstad, and holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/165/0185. It operates no other brand, so BitStarz has no sister sites at all. That is the single biggest change, because BitStarz was the brand the old network was built around and most lists still show it alongside a dozen others.

🎰 Scores55 Tech B.V. holds five brands on one licence

7BitCasino, mBitCasino, Katsubet, Mirax and RocketPlay all run on the same licence. Scores55 Tech B.V. is registered in Curaçao under number 162990 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, licence OGL/2024/1307/0748. The same registration and licence number appear in the terms of all five sites, which is what ties them together.

Mirax and RocketPlay were never Dama brands. They are here because they now sit on the same licence as 7BitCasino and mBitCasino, so anyone tracking the old network will meet them.

🌴 Novatrix SRL is the largest successor

Eight brands read back to Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-893958 at Potrero Cerrado, Oreamuno, Cartago. BitKingz, Casinonic, LevelUp Casino, Spin Samurai, 21Bit, Slotozen, Crusino and Syndicate all name the same licence: number 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. Syndicate trades at syndicate.casino and carries that statement in its own site footer. The first three carried an Anjouan Gaming Commission licence until recently and have since moved across, checked against each brand’s own terms in August 2026. Novatrix S.R.L appears on the Tobique Gaming Commission’s own list of licence holders with a B2C licence running to March 2027, so the licence is real and every brand the company runs now sits under it.

Where that leaves a player: a complaint about any of the eight goes to a commission in New Brunswick, Canada. Tobique publishes a licensee name and a licence number and nothing much beyond that – no deposit limits, no dispute service, no consumer protection of the kind an EU regulator provides.

📜 Two smaller operators

• 🍀 Just Entertainment B.V. runs Lucky Dreams. Registered in Curaçao under number 160603 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, licence OGL/2024/164/0246. That is the same building as Scores55 Tech, which is a shared registered address rather than evidence of a shared owner.
• 🎮 Block Dance S.R.L. runs BitSpin from 77-79 Scharlooweg, Willemstad, registration 1877052692. Its terms carry the line “The Platform operates under gaming licence [LICENCE NO.] issued by [LICENSING AUTHORITY]” with both fields left as unfilled placeholders. The brand publishes no licence number at all.

🌪️ Wild Tornado, and why a date matters

Wild Tornado’s terms name Direx N.V., registration 131879 at E-Commerce Park Vredenberg, Curaçao, under the old Antillephone N.V. arrangement. They also carry an effective date of 15 September 2017 and no licence number anywhere on the page. Terms that old tell you who ran a brand nine years ago, not who runs it now, so Wild Tornado is not in the table above. It appears on most Dama lists and its own terms neither confirm that nor rule it out.

🚪 Brands that have closed or gone

All thirteen still appear as live sister sites on other pages, and several still pick up search traffic from people looking for them. GunsBet belongs in a category of its own: the domain is up, but every page including the terms serves a site-wide maintenance notice.

A parked domain is worth treating differently from a closure notice. Surf Casino, TTR Casino, PiratePlay, BetChain and Bao Casino said what happened. The other eight simply stopped answering, which leaves anyone with a balance on them without a stated process for getting it back.

❓ Brands that name no operator

Two sites publish full terms that identify nobody.

• 🎣 Loki Casino. The terms name only “lokicasino.com” as the operator. No company, no registration number, no licence, no regulator. The one jurisdictional line is a governing-law clause pointing at Costa Rica, which is not a gambling licence.
• 👑 Konung Casino. The Swedish-language terms and the contact page carry a support email and nothing else. No company, no registration number, no licence.

No operator or licence details are published on either, as of 22 August 2026. That is not proof the sites are unlicensed – only that the details cannot be confirmed.

🕐 What their own sites last said, and when

Most of the remaining brands block access from this region, so their terms cannot be opened directly. Archived copies of those same pages can be, and every one carries a date. The date is the point. An operator named in a 2021 capture tells you who ran a brand in 2021 and nothing more, which is exactly the mistake every directory makes when it reproduces a decade-old line as current fact.

The top two rows are recent enough to stand as current. Everything from 2023 and earlier is history, not ownership.

No usable archive exists for iLucki, Dazard, N1 Bet, Voodoo, FastPay, Goodman, Ricky, LuckyWins, Betheat, Slotman, FightClub or Arlekin. Those twelve stay unanswered.

🏢 Dama N.V. did not disappear

The bankruptcy did not end the company. Dama N.V. re-registered under the new Curaçao regime and holds licence OGL/2023/174/0082 from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, company number 152125, registered at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad – the same building Scores55 Tech B.V. and Just Entertainment B.V. use.

Fourteen of the brands in the table above were still naming Dama N.V. as their operator on that licence, on their own pages, between February 2025 and January 2026. Golden Star sets out the arrangement in full: the brand belongs to Dama N.V., while the website is run by Befuria GO OÜ, an Estonian company registered under number 11535738 holding permits HKT000017 and HKL000425 from the Estonian Tax and Customs Board.

So the common version of this story is wrong in both directions. Some brands did leave Dama and now sit with Gareton, Scores55 or Novatrix. Others never left. Treating all of them as one family, or as one bankruptcy that scattered everything, misses that Dama N.V. is still licensed and still named.

⚖️ What the split changes for players

• 📌 Complaints go to three different places. The Curaçao Gaming Authority covers Gareton, Scores55 and Just Entertainment. Tobique covers all eight Novatrix brands. The Curaçao Gaming Control Board covers what Dama N.V. still holds itself. A complaint about one company gets you nowhere with the others.
• 🎁 Sister site bonuses are narrower than they were. One welcome offer at BitStarz, five across the Scores55 brands, eight across Novatrix. It used to be one network with one set of terms.
• 💰 Balances did not transfer. Dama N.V. went bankrupt owing players money. The successor companies took the brands, not the liabilities, so anything outstanding from before the split is a claim against a bankrupt company rather than against the site you are playing on.
• 🗑️ Old guides are unreliable here. Anything written before 2025 names Dama N.V. as the operator of the brands it once held. That stopped being true in 2024.

🕒 Why the network broke up

Two things happened at once. Dama N.V. was declared bankrupt in Curaçao in June 2024 after failing to pay out player winnings. At the same time Curaçao was replacing its old licensing regime, which required every operator to re-register under direct supervision rather than the sub-licence arrangement the island had run for years. Brands that had been sitting under one Dama licence needed a new home, and they did not all pick the same one.

Dama N.V. still appears on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s licence list under OGL/2023/174/0082, company number 152125, with an assessment recorded as in progress. Brands that needed a new home found one. Brands that did not, stayed.
