Complaints Policy

SisterSites.ie is committed to maintaining accurate, transparent and responsible content for our readers. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve any issues as promptly and fairly as possible.

What You Can Complain About

We welcome feedback on any aspect of our site, including:

  • Inaccurate or outdated information published on SisterSites.ie
  • Concerns about how we present or review gambling operators
  • Problems with affiliate links or redirects that are not working correctly
  • Concerns about our responsible gambling content or the way gambling products are promoted on this site

If something does not look right or you feel we could do better, we genuinely want to hear from you.

What We Cannot Help With

SisterSites.ie is an independent comparison site. We do not operate any gambling services, which means we are unable to assist with individual disputes between you and a gambling operator. If you have an issue with a specific operator, we recommend the following steps:

  • Contact the operator directly through their own complaints procedure.
  • If the operator holds a licence from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), you can escalate your complaint to the MGA.
  • In Ireland, the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) is in the process of establishing its full complaints function. Once operational, this body will be able to assist with complaints against licensed operators in the Irish market.

How to Make a Complaint

To submit a complaint about SisterSites.ie, please email us at contact@sistersites.ie. Include as much detail as possible, such as the page or content in question and a clear description of your concern. This helps us investigate and respond more effectively.

Response Timeframe

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours of receipt. In most cases, we will provide a full response and resolution within 14 days. If your complaint requires further investigation, we will keep you informed of our progress.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you are entitled to escalate your complaint to the relevant advertising standards body, such as the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI).

We appreciate your patience and value your feedback in helping us improve SisterSites.ie.
